This is a tool to enable/disable ShellNew entrys, aka the New File context menu entrys from Windows Explorer in Windows Vista™ and Windows™ 7. There is no need to install because it is a standalone exe written in C# for .NET 2.0. This application is designed for Windows Vista™ and higher OS.
